After 15+ years in the Iowa title industry, and two kids in high school, he was ready for the challenge of a second career pivot and to dust off his research and writing skills. During that time, John Roach was looking for someone to assist him with the publishing division of Roach Ag and knew bringing in Todd to follow in his footsteps was a natural fit. Todd joined Roach Ag in 2019 as a writer and editor of the First Look and Daily Grain Plan. With Todd in Iowa and John in Florida, the two conference over Zoom every day to discuss markets and craft the daily newsletter.

Todd takes pride in being a second-generation member of the Roach Ag Marketing team and is committed to the values of the family-owned business that John Roach started in 1978. He enjoys watching his kids' school sports and getting outdoors to play disc golf when he has free time.

Charlie Kuskie grew up in Hay Springs, NE and brings with him approximately fifteen years of experience in the financial services industry. Before joining Roach Ag. Marketing in 1996, he spent two years working as the branch manager at a grain elevator, a job he took after electing not to continue farming.

Kuskie began his relationship with John Roach and Roach Ag. Marketing when he met Roach at the Ferguson Institute in Tulsa, OK. He won a trip to the Institute from Successful Farming Magazine in 1991, a trip that took place when Roach was instructing there. Having stayed in touch with Roach through the years, the decision to later join Roach Ag. Marketing was an easy one. Outside the office, Kuskie enjoys spending his free time golfing and flying.
